Final binding contracts are executed strictly in writing after a licensed specialist evaluates the physical infrastructure on-site.
• Remodeling & Rough-In Milestones: Kitchen and bathroom remodeling layouts are executed according to the strict dimensional lines and design prints signed off by the property owner. Any subsequent adjustment to fixture placements, pipeline mapping, or spatial footprints requested after the primary rough-in phase has commenced will require a formal written Change Order.
• Well Pump & Backup Infrastructure Parameters: Well pump, primary sump, and battery backup mechanics depend directly on the structural integrity of the home's power distribution and local subterranean water table levels. Dad's Plumbing restores water flow using industry-standard techniques but does not assume structural liability for down-hole well casing collapses or localized utility grid disruptions that render battery backups exhausted over extended durations.
